So what can I do?

Ads.

Built To Convert

It's not 2015 anymore. You can't rely on perfect ads management alone for a successful ad. The algorithm speaks content, and content is the #1 lever to influence spend, get better metrics and ultimately scale a brand. Here's how I've blended creative direction, strategy and data to create high-performing, scroll-stopping ads across both video and static.

Social.

Built To Connect

Nobody owes a brand their attention on social. Every post is up against a friend's story, a text from grandma, an email from the boss and everything else happening in the room right now. The only way to win that fight is content people actually stop for, something worth watching, and if it's good enough, worth saving or sending to a friend. That's usually where real purchase intent starts. So everything I make is built to earn the scroll-stop first, blending in the kinds of content people already gravitate to: news, entertainment, education and a little gossip. Sprout Social's Content Strategy Report backs it up, finding 66% of social users say edutainment, content that blends education with entertainment, is the most engaging type of content a brand can post.

Case studies.

Proof It Works

Three brands, three playbooks. If you've liked any of the content you've seen so far, here's the breakdown of what the numbers actually tell us and what the strategy behind each one was.

All About Me

My love for digital arts began early, at the ripe age of 12, recording my sister's cooking show that had viewer ratings off the charts (my mom and dad). My love for business came early too: like any young entrepreneur, I found myself as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the lemonade stand in our neighborhood, while my sister ran operations. I was much better at attracting clientele on a hot summer's day. I was also the last person raised in a generation with one family computer, which I spent most of my days on, get this, GarageBand. Not a musical bone in my body, but it was the first program I learned, and I credit it, along with an indie-song obsession and the iMovie music videos that followed, for how easily I pick up new software. Every time I learn one, I move to the next: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, then DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Figma and, most recently, Blender.

My love for video specifically came first, with a debut YouTube channel that's still alive today. Watch at your own risk. I'm proud of where I came from: a million views on a video about how to make a Musical.ly gained me significant attention at 14, 6K followers on what's now TikTok, and 13K subscribers on YouTube.

After falling in love with video, I fell for the calmer part of a moving picture: just the picture. Photo has always been paired with my love of design, and the two overlap in a lot of my work. Photoshop is hands down the best program I've ever learned. It didn't make me the most money, but it let me put myself in places I could never be and capture images no camera ever could.

These days, that same eye for a picture comes with a schedule attached: turning a mood board into models, locations and a plan that fits into a 3-hour window. My ideas only go as far as I can communicate them and make them make money, and balancing that with the art of a creative pursuit is a challenge I love taking on. Got an idea of your own? Passion projects.

Built For Fun

These projects I started to fuel my own creative spirit, and test my skills. Each brand taught me something new about marketing, business, and creative direction.
